Service delivery

PITCH FIGHT sells a digital service. There is no physical product, no shipment, and no delivery address. Everything you buy is delivered on this website, to the account that bought it.

A plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed by Razorpay — normally within a few seconds of completing checkout. Activation follows the payment confirmation rather than the browser returning to the site, so a plan still activates if your connection drops on the way back.

Your battles then begin being shown to voters in the discovery feed. Distribution is continuous rather than instant: impressions are delivered as real visitors arrive, over the life of the plan.

A plan covers your whole account for 30 days, including battles you create after buying it, and does not renew. It stops when either the impressions are used up or the 30 days end, whichever comes first.

Your dashboard shows impressions delivered against impressions purchased, updated as they are served, along with the votes and website clicks your battles received. That counter is the delivery record.
